privacy.

Last updated October 9, 2026. Caldera Photography LLC runs caldera.photography. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site and the booking process collect and how it's used.

what's collected

• Site visits. Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city level) and how you arrived. It uses cookies and doesn't tell me who you are.
• Booking requests. When you request a session or a call, the scheduling service (Cal.com) collects your name, email and anything you add to the request.
• Payments. The session fee is paid through a payment link from a third-party payment provider. Your card details go to them, not to me.
• Email. Anything you send to andres@caldera.photography.

how it's used

To schedule and run your session, send your confirmation and prep guide, deliver your images, and answer your questions. Site statistics help me understand which pages are useful. Your information is never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

your photos

Images from your session are delivered to you. I only show them in my portfolio, or quote what you said about your session, with your permission.

services that handle data

Netlify (site hosting), Google Analytics (site statistics), Cal.com (scheduling), the payment provider for the session fee, and my email provider. Each has its own privacy policy.

your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. To see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, email andres@caldera.photography and I'll take care of it.
